Refund policy

All products offered by YouYu Supply are custom-made and personalized to each client's specifications. Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Eligible for refund or replacement:
• Items with printing or manufacturing errors caused by us
• Items with material defects or damage upon arrival
• Items that differ significantly from the approved proof

Not eligible for refund or exchange:
• Change of mind after order confirmation or production has started
• Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong logo, text, addresses, or color selection)
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

How to Report an Issue:
To report a quality issue, please contact us at chengyu@youyutrade.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your Order Number and photos/videos of the defective items. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
