Shipping policy

Welcome to YouYu Supply! We are committed to crafting and delivering your custom gifts safely to your destination.

1. Trade Terms & Pricing (FOB Terms)

All product prices are quoted on an FOB (Free on Board) basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract.

  • What FOB Means: Product prices cover the cost of manufacturing, packaging, and delivery to the port or carrier of departure.
  • Customer Responsibility: International freight charges, destination port handling fees, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and final local delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Processing & Production Time

All products are made to order.

  • Standard customization takes 7–9 business days before shipment.
  • Peak seasons or complex custom orders may require an extra 1–2 business days.

3. Shipping Options & Freight Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight, volume, and destination:

  • Prepaid Shipping (Calculated at Checkout): Freight charges are calculated and added to your total based on live rates from our partner carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or freight forwarders.
  • Customer Designated Carrier (Freight Collect): If you prefer to use your own freight forwarder or shipping account, please contact us at chengyu@youyutrade.com prior to placing your order.

4. Shipping Estimates

Transit times are calculated from the actual shipment date, not the order date.

  • Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days
  • Standard Air Freight: 7–12 business days
  • Sea Freight / Economy Shipping: 20–40 business days

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

In accordance with FOB terms, YouYu Supply is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees at the destination. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information or Bill of Lading (B/L) details.
