Welcome to YouYu Supply. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be accepted. Please review all order details carefully before confirming.

2. Artwork & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, and design files. We will send a digital proof for approval before production. Production begins only after written approval is received. YouYu Supply is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required before production begins. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

4. Production & Delivery Time

Production time varies depending on the product and order quantity. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering products that meet the agreed specifications. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. YouYu Supply is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement caused by customer-provided materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

YouYu Supply's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
